WE tv – $50,000 Diamond or Dollars Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
The WE tv Diamond or Dollars Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older and located in the U.S. at the time of entry.  Employees, contractors, directors and officers of WE: WOMEN’S ENTERTAINMENT, LLC d/b/a WeTV (“Sponsor”), Ventura Associates, Inc., Digital Instincts, Inc. and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors, licensees and the advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the development and administration of this Promotion (collectively, “Promotion Parties”), and their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling and spouse of each) and those living in the same households of each are not eligible. Void elsewhere and where prohibited by law.

Timing :
The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on June 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on June 30, 2008 (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Enter :
You must register to enter the Promotion and you can login once per day to play and earn points.  For each 100 points earned by registering, playing the Online Trivia Game, or playing the Catch the Falling Diamonds Bonus Game, you will receive one entry into the Random Drawing (“Entry(ies). Referring a Tell-A-Friend will enable you to play the Catch the Falling Diamonds Bonus Game. You can earn points as follows:

1. Register Online: During the Promotion Period, go to www.WEtv.com/diamondordollars (“Website”) and click on the link to locate the official entry form. Follow the on-screen directions, complete all required registration fields and submit to enter. Earn 100 points automatically after completing registration. LIMIT ONE REGISTRATION PER PERSON/PER EMAIL ADDRESS DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD.
