During the Sweepstakes Period, visit KayMerryMatch.com, enter your email address, and follow the instructions to complete all required fields of the on-screen registration form. On subsequent visits to the Website you will only be required to enter your email address.
Once you have submitted the on-screen registration form, you will receive one entry into that daily drawing only. Then, you will be invited to play the memory game by clicking to turn over the images one at a time to match the jewelry pieces together. Once completed, that day’s prize will be revealed.
Earn Additional Entries
From the Thank You or Already Entered Page, you will be prompted to share the Sweepstakes on Facebook or Twitter via a unique link. Upon clicking on this link, the referred friend will be directed to the Website where he/she will be prompted to complete an Entry.
On the day your friend(s) subsequently registers for the Sweepstakes through your link, you will receive an additional Entry into that daily drawing only, up to 25 total.

- The Kay Jewelers Merry Match Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry.
- Starts at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on December 6, 2016 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on December 19, 2016.
- Limit one Entry per person/email address per day.
- Limit 25 Refer-a-Friend entries per person/email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period.
