Scotties Pure Holiday Promotion

Eligibility :
The Scotties Pure Holiday Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who have reached the age of majority in the state or district in which he/she is residing at the time of entry into the Promotion. Void outside of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and where prohibited,  or restricted by law.

Timing :
The Promotion starts on November 15, 2008 at 12:01 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends at 11:59 P.M. ET on December 31, 2008 (“Promotion Period”) after which time the Promotion will be closed and no further entries will be accepted.

How to enter:
Promotional Codes can be found inside specially-marked packages of Scotties Facial Tissues while supplies last. To enter, go to www.scottiespureholiday.com (the “Website”), follow the online entry instructions and enter your Promotional Code and complete the official online entry form with your complete name, address, city, state, age, zip code, daytime phone number (optional) and email address and click “Submit.” Upon clicking “Submit”, if you receive a message stating you are an instant winner of a Prize, you are an instant winner of the Prize stated (“Instant Prize Winner”). If you receive a message stating you are not a winner, you will be invited to redeem a 20% coupon at FTD.com instantly by following a link to an FTD microsite. To play without purchase, obtain a Promotional Code for entry by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to be received by December 17, 2008 to:

Once the Promotional Code is received by mail, go to the Website and follow entry instructions set forth above.  There is a limit of one Promotional Code per mail-in request.

Prize (s):

Three hundred (300) Instant Win Prizes: An FTD Artificial Holiday Decoration. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) is $61.00 each.
