How To Enter : You must visit a participating Old Navy store on June 16, 2012 during store hours in order to obtain a code (the “Code”). Codes will only be available on this date. After you obtain the Code visit, oldnavy.com/shootandscore and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form, including your Code.
Eligibility : Old Navy Shoot & Score Giveaway (the “Instant Win Game”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and Canada who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry.
