Eligibility :
The Highland Products Group $15,000 Site Makeover Sweepstakes (2008) (the “Promotion”) is open only to Professional Property Managers and Purchasing Managers and Agents (as defined below) who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) and are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Professional Property Managers and Purchasing Managers and Agents are individuals who make site furnishing purchasing decisions for public or commercial facilities. Void in Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law. Employees of Highland Products Group, LLC or any of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Promotion and their immediate family (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children) and household members (people who share the same residence at least three (3) months out of the year) of each such employee are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The Promotion consists of a sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes (2008)”).

Timing :

The Promotion begins on January 01, 2008 at 12:00AM ET and ends on December 31, 2008 at 11:59PM ET (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.

How to Enter :
During the Promotion Period, visit www.HighlandProductsGroup.com or www.TheParkCatalog.com , fill out the online entry form completely by providing your name, organization name (including property name), your mailing address, title, work phone number, email address, number of properties managed, your approximate annual site furnishings budget and the information on the property to be entered, and submit the form. Alternatively, you may enter by attending any conference where the Sponsor is exhibiting and provide your badge to the Sponsor’s representative. After you provide your badge you will be called to verify information and provide more details to be entered in the Promotion. You will automatically be entered with one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (2008) for each property that you manage or are a purchasing agent or manager for.

Limit :
Limit one entry per person, for each property that you manage or are a purchasing agent or manager for and complete an entry for that specific property during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE:
Winner will receive Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000) to spend exclusively on purchases from Sponsor on merchandise for the property who employs the selected winner (the “Credit”).
