Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner shall win the Grand Prize consisting of the home in Sandia Park, New Mexico (the “HGTV Dream Home”) that is featured in the “HGTV Dream Home” special, plus home furnishings, merchandise, an automobile, a “HGTV Dream Play Home”, and $500,000 cash (awarded in the form of a check). The home is valued at approximately $1,500,000 (includes structure, lot, landscaping, home furnishings, artwork, accessories, and the HGTV Dream Play Home) as of November 2009. The automobile is a 2010 GMC Terrain (ARV: $38,375). Total ARV of Grand Prize is $2,038,375.

it would be nice to spend our days there,if we can afford it and you give it to old people. we have never had any thing that nice. is it true that people have to sellit to pay the taxes? id like it so badly but it scares me also. we are in our 70’s.

I love the house. I wish my husband and I win it. We would be able to have all our children and grandchildren visit at the same time and have plenty of room. My husband and I are both disabled. Having everything on one floor would be great. It is nice to dream.

Just love the home ,and as most people we also watch hgtv, 9 times out of 10 we will go to hgtv because it teaches us how to make our own home work ,for now! My husband has 6kids and I have 9, plus at least 35 grandchildrenan acouple great grandchindren,I have looked this home over so many times I think I could tell you with my eyes closed were all things are in the home, and I would just love to try it!
