To receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, send your entry once complete, by clicking on the submit button on the Website.
- Visit a Cupcake Truck Event in any participating city during the Entry Period. The Truck Event will feature tablets and you have the opportunity to complete the official online entry form on the tablet, including your full name, complete mailing address, email address, telephone number and date of birth. To receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, send your entry once complete, by clicking on the submit button on the tablet.
Eligibility : Sweepstakes participation is open only to legal residents of the 48 Continental United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Void in Alaska and Hawaii. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
Prize (s) :
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. Grand Prize winner will receive a hometown visit by the Cupcake Vineyards Truck for a private party for the Grand Prize winner and up to nineteen (19) guests. The Party includes catered food, non-alcoholic beverages, supplies (cups, plates, utensils, napkins), and one (1) $1,000 American Express pre-paid debit card. The Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $10,000.
