Eligibility : The Bayer Advanced™ “Ultimate Yard Makeover” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to persons who, as of date of entry, are legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, at least 18 years of age or older (19 years of age or older in Alabama and Nebraska) at the time of entry.
Timing : Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. EST on May 4, 2011 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EDT on June 30, 2011 (“Promotion Period”).
Limit : One (1) entry per person per day.
Prize (s) :
One (1) Grand Prize (“Grand Prize”) will be randomly awarded. The Grand Prize Winner will receive an Ultimate Yard Makeover which includes goods and services sufficient to update and refurbish an existing landscape. Prize will include a meeting with Lance Walheim and a local landscape designer, to review existing yard, discuss a vision for the yard and any issues the winner currently has. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,000.
