ABC.com – T-Mobile Ultimate Home Giveaway

Eligibility :
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors and officers of T-Mobile USA, Inc., American Broadcasting Companies, Inc. (“ABC”), Barwall Productions, Inc., KB Home (“KB”), and each of their respective parents, subsidiary and affiliated companies, retailers, distributors, licensees, manufacturers, web design, advertising, fulfillment and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Promotion (collectively, “Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members of each (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and their respective spouses and “step” of each) and those living in their same households (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the Promotion) are not eligible to participate. Potential Finalists will be required to pass a criminal background check in order to remain eligible for the Grand Prize.

Timing :
Promotion begins on 7/7/08 at 12:00:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on 7/21/08 at 5:00:00 pm ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Enter :
To enter the Promotion, entrant must have a valid email address. Navigate the Internet and visit www.abc.com/theview and click on the icon that will take you to the “T-Mobile Ultimate Home Giveaway” home page. You must be a registered member of the Walt Disney Internet Group (“WDIG”) family of sites to enter. Registration is free and only required once. If you’ve ever registered with one of WDIG’s family sites, including ABC.com, ABCNEWS.com, Disney.com, ESPN.com, FamilyFun.com, Movies.com, and more, you need not register again.

Prize (s):
UP TO THREE (3) FINALIST PRIZES: All Finalists that are not selected as the Grand Prize Winner will receive a $100 T-Mobile gift card. Gift cards are subject to terms set by issuer.

Grand Prize Option 1: A new KB home valued up to Two-Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000) (“Prize Home”) and $50,000 cash. Maximum Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $250,000.

Grand Prize Option 2: $250,000 in cash (“Cash Prize”).

TEN (10) FIRST PRIZES: Each First Prize Winner will receive one (1) month of mortgage or rent ($2,500), which will be awarded in the form of a check in the amount of $2,500 payable to the First Prize Winner.

FIFTY (50) SECOND PRIZES: Each Second Prize Winner will receive one-year of T-Mobile @Home service, including a router and home phone awarded in the form of a voucher redeemable online. ARV: $287.
