Fruits & Passion’s Holiday Contest Rules

Eligibility :
To be eligible to enter the Contest, you must be: (i) a Canadian or U.S. citizen with a lawful permanent residence of the Canada or the United States, and (ii) twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entering the Contest. The Contest is void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, outside of the United States, and where otherwise restricted or prohibited by law.

Timing :
The Fruits & Passion’s Holiday Contest will be held from November 11, 2008 through December 25, 2008 11:59 p.m. EST.

How to enter:
To enter the Contest, you must, during the eligible dates, access the Fruits & Passion’s website (www.fruits-passion.com) and click on the Contest link “Enter the contest”. Then, complete the online Contest entry form with all the required information, and send to your friends in order to increase your chance of winning. Upon successfully completing the online entry form, your entry will be registered and you will see the following confirmation page: “Congratulations! You are now entered in the contest”. You will automatically be given one (1) extra entry per friend who successfully completes the online entry form as described above.

Limit:
LIMIT OF ONE ENTRY PER PERSON.

Prize (s):

The grand prize includes the entire selection of gifts as presented in the 2008 Holiday Fruits & Passion catalog (p.3 to 15) representing a total value of $903 (CDN). Each gift is offered in one (1) fragrance only which will be determined by the Contest organizers.
