Eligibility : The Wendy’s Home Makeover Combo Sweepstakes (the “Instant Win Game”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia) who are 18 years old and older at the time of entry.
Promotion Period : The Wendy’s Home Makeover Combo Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), November 16, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET, January 4, 2010 (the “Promotion Period”)
How To Enter : Visit wendys.com/homemakeover and follow the links and instructions and you will receive a Code to participate in the Instant Win Game via automated email. Once you have obtained a Code, follow the links and instructions to complete the registration.
Limit : Up to 5 Instant Win Game plays per day during the Promotion Period.

7 GRAND PRIZES (1 per Entry Period): A $25,000 Home Makeover awarded in the form of a $25,000 The Home Depot gift card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $25,000.
84 FIRST PRIZES: A $1,000 Room Makeover awarded in the form of a $1,000 Home Depot gift card. ARV: $1,000.
42 SECOND PRIZES: An 18V LXT 4-Piece Makita Combo Kit. ARV: $499.
14,700 THIRD PRIZES: A $10 Home Depot gift card. ARV: $10.
10,500 FOURTH PRIZES: A $5 Home Depot gift card. ARV: $5.
