Eligibility : The SULLIVAN TIRE DRIVEN TO WIN GAME & SWEEPSTAKES (the “Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and reside in any of the participating states: CT, MA, ME, NH, RI, or Vt.
