Sweepstakes starts at 8:00:01 a.m., Mountain time (MT), on 4/1/08 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m., MT, on 7/31/08 (“Promotion Period”).
How to Enter :
Look for the UPC barcode (“Official Entry Code”) on all participating Silk Soymilk green capped products at participating retailers locations. To enter, access www.SilkSoymilk.com during the Promotion Period and follow the entry instructions. Complete the information requested in the information fields (name; address [no P.O. boxes]; birth date; daytime phone number, including area code; and e-mail address). When your registration is complete, enter the Official Entry Code, which is the UPC barcode found on all participating Silk Soymilk products. Then click Submit Entry (once submitted, an entry cannot be deleted, canceled, or modified).
