Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the States of Utah, Idaho, Oregon, Nevada, Wyoming, Colorado and California who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Beginning 9/10/09 at 12:00:00 AM (PT) through 9/30/09 at 11:59:59 PM (PT) (”Promotion Period”)

How To Enter : Go to www.rcwilley.com (the “Website”), and complete the online registration to be automatically entered into the R.C. Willey $10,000 Great Room Makeover Contest (”Sweepstakes”).

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person for the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

Two (2) Grand Prizes — An RC Willey Gift Card (ARV $5,000 ea. winner).

Total ARV of all prizes:
$10,000
