Eligibility :
Raley’s Let’s Stay in for Dinner Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of California and Nevada and who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Promotion Period :
The Raley’s Let’s Stay in for Dinner Sweepstakes begins on April 22, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 21, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).
How To Enter :
You will need a code to enter the Promotion. There are two (2) ways to obtain a code:
a. Purchase an eligible product from a participating Raley’s Store: During Entry Period 1, purchase any Raley’s Black Angus Fresh Beef Steak or Roast, and during Entry Period 2, purchase any Raley’s Fresh produce item, and obtain the code from your receipt (the “Code”); or
b. Free Method of Entry: If you would like to participate in this Promotion without purchasing any products from participating Raley’s Stores you may use the following Code: 0000000000001.
During the Promotion Period go to WinAtRaleys.com and fill out the online entry form. Complete and submit the online entry form including your Code and a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the applicable Entry Period and advance to the Instant Win Game page and receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day. Once on the Instant Win Game page, follow the links and instructions to play the game. The Instant Win Game results will be instantly displayed. Potential winners of the Instant Win Game will be provided directions for validation. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Administrator is responsible for the functionality of the Instant Win Game

Regardless of method of entry, each participant may enter one (1) Code per day to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and one (1) Instant Win Game play per day, during the Promotion Period.

ONE (1) ENTRY PERIOD 1 PRIZE: $1,500 Mastercard Gift Card to be used to purchase backyard equipment and a $500 Raley’s Gift Card (5 Raley’s Gift Cards @ $100 each). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,000.
ONE (1) ENTRY PERIOD 2 PRIZE: $2,000 Raley’s Gift Card (2 Raley’s Gift Cards @ $1,000 each). ARV: $2,000.
Instant Win Game Prizes:
NINETY-ONE (91) FIRST PRIZES: $100 Raley’s Gift Card. ARV: $100.
