How To Enter
During the contest entry period, visit http://www.nflshop.com/pages/NFLFamilyTree and use the form located at the bottom of the page to upload your picture. Complete and submit the entry form as directed. Each valid entry will result in one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Judging criteria:
- (a) creativity;
- (b) family team spirit.
One entry per person/email address/day is permitted
Contest Period
Online entries must be received between 12:00:00 AM ET on November 19th, 2014 and 11:59:59 PM E.T. on December 15th, 2014.
Four Prizes Are Available
The Contest Grand Prize Winner shall win a $1,000 NFLShop.com Gift Card and three runner-ups will each receive $250 in NFLShop.com Gift Cards.
