Eligibility :
Sweepstakes open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older as of 7/25/08 except employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Sponsor and its affiliates, agents, judges and advertising and promotion agencies.

Timing :
SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS AT 12:00:01 AM (ET) ON 7/25/08 AND ENDS AT 11:59:59 PM (ET) ON 8/31/08.

How to enter:
Complete an Official Entry Form available at www.livethepremiumlife.com, enter the Code found on the package of M&M’S® Brand PREMIUMS Chocolate Candies, then follow the on-screen instructions to proceed. Each entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the record holder of the e-mail address from which the entry originated. ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59:59 PM (ET) ON 8/31/08. No illegible, incomplete, forged or altered entries will be accepted. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
Limit :
One (1) entry per e-mail address per person per day.

Prize (s):
Five (5) Grand Prizes: A Five Thousand Dollar ($5,000) Target® Gift Card. Retail Value: $5,000 ea. Gift Card must be redeemed in accordance with the terms and conditions stated thereon and are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
