Land O’Lakes - It’s Your Orlando Sweepstakes Rules

Eligibility :
The Land O’Lakes ‘It’s Your Orlando’ Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) is open and offered only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia and at least 18 years old at time of participation. Employees, officers and directors of Land O’Lakes, Inc. (“Land O’Lakes” or “Sponsor”), SoftCoin, Inc. (“SoftCoin”), the Orlando/Orange County Convention & Visitors Bureau, Inc. (“OCVB”), their respective parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies, web masters and web suppliers and persons engaged in the development of promotion materials, and members of the immediate family (parents, siblings, children and spouse, wherever they reside) or same household members (whether or not related) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible. By participating, you (and if you are a minor in your jurisdiction of residence, your parent/legal guardian) agree to these Official Rules and all decisions of Sponsor and/or SoftCoin, an independent judging and administration organization, which are final and binding in all respects. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited.

Timing :
Promotion consists of an Instant Win Game and a Random Drawing Sweepstakes. Promotion begins on September 1, 2008 12:00:01 a.m. (PT) and is scheduled to end on February 15, 2009 11:59:59 p.m. (PT).

How to enter:
Register at the Web Site. Access the web site at www.LandOLakesCheeseRewards.com (“Web site) and click on the icon, banner, or text link to access the registration page. Then, you must:

• Complete the registration form with your email address, age, zip code and gender, and confirm that you have read and agree to these Official Rules.
• Create a password.
  (Record your password and keep it in a secure location.)
• Random Drawing Sweepstakes.
  By entering all required information, your Promotion Account will be established. You may also be asked to complete a brief survey which is optional. Whether or not you complete the survey (and the content of your responses if you choose to complete it) will NOT affect your ability to enter the Random Drawing Sweepstakes or your odds of winning the Random Drawing Sweepstakes prize. After clicking the “Submit” button, you will automatically receive one entry in the Random Drawing Sweepstakes.
• Instant Win Game.
  Input the 12-digit unique alphanumeric code from the package sticker of specially-marked packages of Alpine Lace® and LAND O LAKES® cheese products (“Code”), exactly as it appears on the package sticker. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. For a Code without purchase, see “Free Code Request” below. If Code is not inputted exactly as it appears, it will not be accepted. If you have a winning Code (subject to verification), the Web site will display a “Congratulations” message, a brief description of the prize potentially won and prize claim instructions. If you have NOT won an Instant Win Prize, a “Sorry” message will appear on screen. Regardless of whether or not you have won an Instant Win Prize, by properly inputting a Code, you will receive an entry in the Random Drawing Sweepstakes.
  • When you return to the Web site, you will be asked to log-in by providing your email address and password. This enables you to access your Promotion Account. And, if you have another Code, you can input the Code to see if it is a winning Code and receive another entry in the Random Drawing Sweepstakes, subject to the limits on participation indicated below. Click on the “Submit” button to input another Code.

Free Code Request: Mail a hand-printed, self-addressed, first-class stamped envelope to: Land O’Lakes ‘It’s Your Orlando’ Sweepstakes, 2000 Sierra Point Parkway, Suite 801, Brisbane, CA 94005. Residents of VT only may omit return postage. Limit one request per day per stamped outer mailing envelope. Requests must be postmarked by February 17, 2009 and received by February 20, 2009. One free Code per valid request. No copies, facsimiles or reproductions accepted.

Limit:
Limit of one (1) entry in the Random Drawing Sweepstakes and one (1) Code input per participant/Promotion Account per day (24 hour period), except participant can receive a maximum of two (2) entries (one entry for submission of registration information and one entry for inputting Code) by registering for the Promotion and inputting his/her first Code on the same day. Limit of twenty (20) Codes inputted per participant/Promotion Account for the entire Promotion.

Prize (s):
(80,000) Instant Win Prizes – $10 Visa® Gift Cards. Gift Cards must be redeemed in accordance with terms stated thereon. Gift Card may be used for purchases anywhere Visa® debit cards are accepted. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Gift Card. Card is issued by First National Bank of Omaha pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. Instant Win Prizes cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.

Grand Prize:
Orlando Family Adventure (ARV: $3889):

• Four (4) round trip coach airfare tickets from major airport nearest to winner’s residence to Orlando
• One (1) quadruple-occupancy hotel room for up to four nights
• One 2-day admission ticket per person to winner’s choice of Walt Disney World®, Universal Orlando® or SeaWorld® Orlando
• Four passes to winner’s choice of Wet ‘n Wild, Aquatica, Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon or Disney’s Blizzard Beach
• Full size rental car for up to five (5) days

Orlando Spa Getaway (ARV: $4,487):

• Four ( 4) round trip coach airfare tickets from major airport nearest to winner’s residence to Orlando, FL
• One (1) quadruple-occupancy luxury hotel room for up to three nights
• Half-day luxury spa packages (includes Swedish massage, facial, manicure and pedicure) for winner and guests
• One single-day admission ticket per person to winner’s choice of Walt Disney World®, Universal Orlando® or SeaWorld® Orlando
• Four entertainment passes to winner’s choice of Universal CityWalk® or Disney’s Pleasure Island
