Eligibility :
Furry Family Photos: Pets & Owner Look-a-Like Contest (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, or Mississippi who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who did not purchase any equipment for purposes of entering the Promotion
Timing :
The Promotion begins on October 29, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 20, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).
How to enter:
The Contest: During the Submission Phase, visit http://brookshires.promo.eprize.com/furryfamilyphotos and follow the links and instructions to register for the Promotion and upload one (1) photo that expresses the theme “pet and owner look-a-like” (the “Photo”).
The Sweepstakes: During the Promotion Period, follow the links and instructions as set forth in Section 5(a) above to upload a Photo. Submit your registration and upload your Photo to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Limit:
Each entrant may submit one (1) entry into the Contest during the Submission Phase.
Each entrant may receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes per day during the Promotion Period.
Prize (s):
Contest: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $2,500 in Brookshire Grocery Co. Gift Cards that can be used to purchase a five (5) year supply of Paws Premium™ pet food. Prize will be awarded as five (5) $500 gift cards. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,500. TEN (10) FIRST PRIZES: A $500 Brookshire Grocery Co.
