Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding, for clarity, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories and possessions) who are twenty-one (21) years of age at time of entry and posses a valid U.S. driver’s license.
Timing : Starts at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 06, 2010 and closes at 11:59:59 PM ET on October 31, 2010
Limit : Limit one (1) online game play and sweepstakes entry per registered user for the Promotion Period.

There are one thousand and seventy six (1,076) prizes available to be won as follows.
Bi-Weekly Sweepstakes Prizes: There will be four (4) Bi-Weekly Sweepstakes Prizes available to be won (one (1) per “Bi-Weekly Promotion Period,” as defined below), each consisting of one (1) “One Day Racing School gift certificate.” Racing school prize consists of a one (1) day (8 hr) Racing Driving Combo with a morning lead/follow lapping on-track in the open-wheel Formula Skip Barber followed by an afternoon of on-track action in the Mazda Miata-based MX-5 Cup race car. Participation is the racing school is subject to its terms and conditions. Winners will be required to complete a Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement prior to participation in the racing school. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Bi-Weekly Sweepstakes Prize is $1,799.00.
Weekly Sweepstakes Prizes: There will be eight (8) Weekly Sweepstakes Prizes available to be won (one (1) per “Weekly Promotion Period,” as defined below), each consisting of one (1) prize of “FREE FUEL FOR A YEAR”. ARV of each Monthly Prize is $1,550.00 (US) each. *For the purposes of each Weekly Sweepstakes Prize, “WIN FUEL FOR A YEAR” is calculated as the average consumer’s yearly gasoline consumption of 566 gallons (4.1 Fuel Purchases per Month x 11.5 Gallons of Gasoline per Purchase x 12 Months) at an average present-day cost of $2.726 / gallon (consistent with the U.S. Department of Energy statistics for premium grade gasoline as of 07/05/10 (566 x $2.726 = $1,542). Fluctuations in gasoline prices after this date will not affect calculation of the prize amount. Each Weekly Sweepstakes Prize will be rounded up to the next fifty and be awarded in the form of fifteen (15) $100.00 (US) and one (1) $50 (US) Shell Gift Cards.
Daily Instant Win Prizes: There will be fifty-six (56) Daily Instant Win Prizes available to be won (one (1) per day during the Promotion Period), each consisting of one (1) baseball cap (one size fits all; color to be determined by Sponsor) – ARV of each Daily Prize is $15.00 (US). Hourly Instant Win Prizes: There will be one thousand and eight (1,008) Hourly Instant Win Prizes available to be won, each consisting of one (1) $50 (US) Shell Gift Card.
