Ford Partner Recognition 2008 Instant Win Game Rules
Eligibility :
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and District of Columbia) who are actively enrolled in the Partner Recognition Program, have an active partner code and are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsors and Promoters (including Ford Motor Company), Marketing Associates, Xperience Communications, any prize contributors, their respective related companies, franchisees and agents, as well as the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings and grandparents) and household members of each such employee, officer and director are not eligible to enter. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors, which are final and binding in all respects.
Timing :
The Promotion begins April 10, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends December 15, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Promotion Period”).
How to Enter :
The entry process for both the Instant Win Game and the Grand Prize Drawing are combined. There are two (2) ways to enter the Promotion:
- Online: Visit http://ford.eprize.net/partnerevent08 and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration. Complete and submit the registration, including your partner code and a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You will automatically be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing and will also have an opportunity to play the Instant Win Game. Once you advance to the Instant Win Game page, follow the links and instructions to play the Instant Win Game. The Instant Win Game results will be instantly displayed. Potential winners of the Instant Win Game will be provided directions for validation. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. If you are a potential Instant Win Game winner, you will instantly receive an email explaining how to retrieve your prize.
- Text Message: During the Promotion Period, using a two-way text-messaging capable device, text XPLAN to the short code 30241. Text HELPXPLAN for information. Send questions to questions@eprizefulfillment.com. Each Text Message constitutes one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Drawing and one (1) Instant Win Game play. If you are a potential winner of an Instant Win Game prize, the return text message that you receive will contain detailed prize claim instructions. Potential winners using a two-way text-messaging capable device must visit http://ford.eprize.net/partnerevent08/sms within 72 hours of receiving the win notification text message to complete an online prize fulfillment form. Entrants that play the Instant Win Game and/or enter the Grand Prize Drawing by text-messaging will be charged according to their carrier’s standard text-messaging rates and entrants should contact their carrier for pricing plans and details. Check your owners’ manual for specific text-messaging instructions. Text-messaging may not be available through all wireless carriers. You will not receive any additional text messages and your mobile number will not be shared with anyone.
Limit :
Each entrant may enter/play one (1) time per day by any method or combination of methods during the Promotion Period.
Prize (s):
Instant Win Game Prizes: ONE THOUSAND (1,000) FIRST PRIZES: One (1) $20 gift card from winner’s choice of the following companies: The Home Depot, Starbucks, Amazon.com, WalMart, or Visa Gift card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $20; or one (1) $15 iTunes gift card. ARV: $15. Winners must comply with all terms and conditions of gift cards. Odds of winning an Instant Win Game prize depend on the number of eligible Instant Win Game plays divided by the number of prizes available. Limit: One (1) Instant Win Game prize per person. Total ARV of Instant Win Game prizes: $20,000.
Grand Prize Drawing: One (1) Grand Prize for the Grand Prize Drawing will be awarded. The exact prize for which an entrant is eligible depends on the Creative Presentation through which he/she entered. The Grand Prize for a potential winner who entered through this Promotion will be $10,000.
