How To Enter : To enter visit www.winmylist.com (the “Promotion Site”) during the Promotion Period

Eligibility : The Promotion is open to registered members of www.ebay.com (“eBay Site”), who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, 18 years of age and older, and who are physically located and reside in the United States or District of Columbia at the time of entry (“Eligible Participant”).

Timing : The eBay Green Team Earth Day Contest & Daily Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:00:00 PM (NOON) Pacific Time (“PT”) on April 12, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 AM PT on April 22, 2011 (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire promotion period.

Prize (s) :

Contest Grand Prizes: The Community Winner and the Green Team Winner will each receive $5,000 in eBay gift certificates. (Total combined ARV of all Contest prizes is $10,000).

Sweepstakes Prizes: Each of the fifty (50) Sweepstakes Prize Winners will receive a $50 eBay gift certificate. (Total combined ARV of all Sweepstakes prizes is $2,500).
