If you skip it, you are taken to a screen that asks you to submit.Rules and regulations doesnt mention anything about a registration number or how to get one. I think this is wonderful as long as i have been shopping at Dillards this is the first time I paid attention to my receipt so now I will be more aware who ever wins I’m sure they will be thrilled i have just lost weight so this would be great
