To register for the contest, the form has blank for a registration #. It makes it required information.You cant submit contest form without registration #. If you skip it, you are taken to a screen that asks you to submit.Rules and regulations doesnt mention anything about a registration number or how to get one. Agree with Lou G, how can you access and submit this contest form?

IT IS JUST GREAT TO HAVE A CONTEST LIKE THIS. WE ARE BOTH RETIRED AND SOMETIMES MONEY IS VERY SHORT AT THE END OF THE MONTH. WE WOULD SPEND THE MONEY WISELY IF WE WON.
I think this is wonderful as long as i have been shopping at Dillards this is the first time I paid attention to my receipt so now I will be more aware who ever wins I’m sure they will be thrilled i have just lost weight so this would be great
