Eligibility :
The “Ticket to Adventure Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 8 years of age or older at time of sweepstakes entry.
Timing :
The Sweepstakes promotion period begins at 10:00am, ET on May 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59am, ET on October 31, 2008 (the “Promotion Period”).
How to Enter :
To enter the Sweepstakes, visit www.myIndyAdventure.com. Participants must click on the “Ticket to Adventure Sweepstakes” icon to register for the Sweepstakes. At the Sweepstakes Site, entrants will be required to provide certain personal information in order to enter the Sweepstakes.
Limit :
Limit one (1) entry over the course of the Promotion Period per person, immediate family, household, dwelling, street address, home computer, email address or account, phone line or account, DSL line or account, or cable line or account (or the equivalent of any of the foregoing).
Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize Trip: National Geographic Expedition – Peru: Land of the Incas Grand Prize trip is for up to four (4) family members: Grand Prize winner and up to three family members, one of whom must be at least the age of majority in his or her state of residence, all of whom must be at least 8 years of age and all of whom must travel on the same itinerary. If Grand Prize winner is under the age of majority in his or her state of residence, at least one (1) of the traveling companions must be winner’s parent or legal guardian. Prize consists of: roundtrip coach airfare for up to four (4) between gateway airport nearest winner’s town of residence and Lima, Peru; hotel / guest house accommodations for four (quadruple occupancy) for 9 days / 8 nights; all ground and air transportation within Peru to destinations included as part of the Grand Prize trip; admission to – and guided tour of - select sites and attractions in Lima, Cusco, Urubamba and Machu Pichu; 3 meals provided per day, except dinner on day 6 and lunch on day 8. Approximate retail value of Grand Prize is $25,000.
Ten (10) First Prize Packages: Each First Prize Package consists of: one (1) Indiana Jones Sound FX Whip – retail value $19.99; one (1) Indiana Jones 3 ¾” The Lost Temple of Akator Play Set – retail value $39.99; one (1) Indiana Jones Taters of the Lost Ark Mr. Potato Head – retail value $14.99; two (2) Indiana Jones 12” Figures – retail value $19.99 each; five (5) Indiana Jones 3 ¾” Figures – retail value $6.99 each; two (2) Indiana Jones Deluxe Action Figures – retail value $9.99 each. Total retail value of each First Prize Package is $169.88.
Thirty-Five (35) Second Prize Packages: Each Second Prize Package consists of: one (1) Mutt Williams Sound FX Sword – retail value $19.99; one (1) Indiana Jones Sound FX Whip – retail value $19.99. Total retail value of each Second Prize Package is $39.98.
