How To Enter : To enter, visit getontheshelf.com (the “Website”) during the Contest Period.

Eligibility : The Contest is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, APO / FPO military addresses, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands who are the age of majority in their state, territory or commonwealth of residence and have a YouTube account at the time of entry.

Timing : Starts December 21, 2011 at 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) and ends February 22, 2012 at 1:00 PM PST (the “Contest Period”).

Limit : There is no limit to the number of unique Entries that a single Entrant can submit during the Contest Period, but each Entry must be separate and distinct from any other Entry submitted by you.

Prize (s) :

one (1) GRAND PRIZE:Grand Prize winner will be provided with the opportunity to sell the Product on Walmart.com and in Walmart physical stores and be introduced to Sponsor’s Walmart Stores’ merchandising teams. Grand Prize Winner and Sponsor will enter into negotiations regarding Sponsor’s potential sale of the Product on Walmart.com and in Walmart physical stores. If Grand Prize Winner and Sponsor cannot agree on mutually acceptable terms regarding the sale of the Product, Sponsor’s only obligation to the Grand Prize winner will be to issue a check in the amount of Twelve Thousand and Five Hundred Dollars (US $12,500.00).

TWO (2) FIRST PRIZES: Each First Prize winner will be provided with the opportunity to sell the Product on Walmart.com and be introduced to Sponsor’s Walmart Stores’ merchandising teams. Each First Prize Winner and Sponsor will enter into negotiations regarding Sponsor’s potential sale of the Product on Walmart.com. If First Prize Winner and Sponsor cannot agree on mutually acceptable terms regarding the sale of the Product, Sponsor’s only obligation to said First Prize winner will be to issue a check in the amount of Ten Thousand Dollars (US $10,000.00).

  1. Hello all, even though your product may not make the final vote, the exposure from this.
    contest is worth being in it, my product the Dirt Snatcher is one of them, it has a lifetime warranty. I believe providing a quality product to Walmart would be a welcome addition.
