Eligibility :
All legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, 18 years and older as of time of entry, are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes except persons who are officers, directors, or employees (and members of household or their immediate family, i.e. spouse, parent, child, or sibling and their household members) of Ubisoft, Inc. (“Sponsor”), FremantleMedia North America, Inc. (“FremantleMedia”), Ludia, Inc (“Ludia”), Columbia Broadcasting System (“CBS”); their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and web design agencies, including PrizeLogic, and other individuals/entities associated with this Promotion are not eligible to enter or win. As stated in Rule 5 above, potential Sweepstakes Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Compliance & Liability/Publicity Release, and such other documents, including additional Releases, as requested by Sponsor, where allowed by law, within time period stated in notification or Prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate potential Winner.
Timing :
The Promotion consists of three (3) different online games (each individually referred to as “Game” and collectively as “Games”), Punch-A-Bunch™, Plinko™, and Cliffhangers™ and a Grand Prize Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”). The Sweepstakes starts at 12:00:01 A.M., ET on 7/7/08 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M., ET on 12/1/08 (“Promotion Period”). Each of the Games starts at 12:00:01 A.M., ET on a different date; but, each Game ends at 11:59:59 P.M, ET on 12/1/08. The period between each Game’s start and end date shall be referred to as the “Game Period.” More specifically, Punch-A-Bunch Game starts at 12:00:01 A.M., ET on 7/7/08; Plinko Game starts at 12:00:01 A.M., ET on 7/28/08; and Cliffhangers™ Game starts at 12:00:01 A.M., ET on 8/18/08.
How to enter:
Each day that you sign on to the website, www.thepriceisrightvideogame.com, during the Promotion Period, you will receive one (1) opportunity to play (sometimes referred to as “Game Play”) each of the currently live Games and one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. You may only play each Game once each day during its respective Game Period regardless of the e-mail address you use. Each Game will have its own First, Second and Third Prizes available to be won and the winners will be randomly pre-determined by date and time of Game Play; not by Game score. The potential Winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected from among the total number of all eligible Game Play entries. A day will be deemed to start at 12:00:01 A.M., ET and end at 11:59:59 P.M. of a calendar day.
Limit :
You may not win more than a total of three (3) Game Prizes throughout the Promotion Period; and you may not win more than one Prize in any Game.
