Maxim.com Best Stuff of the Year Sweepstakes Rules

Eligibility :
Open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older as of date of entry.

Timing :
Sweepstakes will run from 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on November 4, 2008 through 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on December 31, 2008.

How to enter:
You may enter online by visiting http://www.maxim.com/contests/winbeststuff/.  Then, fill in the required information and hit the SEND button.

To enter via Verizon Wireless text-messaging, text the word “BESTSTUFF” to 62946.  You will then receive a text-message response from ShopText, to which you must respond in order to verify your personal information.

Limit:
Only one entry per person and per e-mail address or cell phone number will be accepted.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize (1): Grand Prize Winner will receive a prize package including a $750 gift certificate to be selected within the sole and absolute discretion of Sweepstakes Entities, a BlackBerry Storm, and a 4.2oz bottle of Eau de Toilette Lacoste Essential.  Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $1,015.

First Prize (250): First Prize Winners will each receive a 4.2oz bottle of Eau de Toilette Lacoste Essential.  Approximate retail value of the First Prize is $65 each.
