Kmart K’Ching Surprises Rules

Eligibility :
Kmart K’Ching Surprises (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old and have a valid KMART SMART REWARDS Card at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

Promotion Period :
The Kmart K’Ching Surprises begins on April 6, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”), ends on July 5, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”) and consists of thirteen (13) weekly entry periods (each an “Entry Period”).

How To Enter :
During the Promotion Period, there are two (2) ways you can enter the Kmart K’Ching Surprises.

• Visit a Participating Kmart Store, Make a Purchase and Scan your KMART SMART REWARDS Card: During the Promotion Period and during regular store hours, visit a participating Kmart store and purchase an item. At check out, scan your KMART SMART REWARDS Card. You will receive a receipt. If your receipt displays a winning message, you will be a potential winner of the prize indicated. Follow the instructions on the winning message to claim your prize. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Sponsor is responsible for the functionality of the Promotion. Limit: You may scan your KMART SMART REWARDS Card one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.
• To Enter Without Making A Purchase and Scanning Your KMART SMART REWARDS Card: To enter without making a purchase and scanning you KMART SMART REWARDS Card, hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, KMART SMART REWARDS CARD number, and age on a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper and mail it with proper postage to “Kmart K’Ching Surprises,” c/o ePrize, LLC, P.O. Box 3756, Grand Rapids, MI 49501-3756. You will receive one (1) entry into the mail-in entry prize pool for the Entry Period corresponding with the date your entry is postmarked. Limit: One (1) entry per stamped envelope, per day. All mail-in entries must be handwritten. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 6, 2009 and received by July 13, 2009. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified.

Limit :
You may enter one (1) time per day, up to seven (7) times per each Entry Period, regardless of method of entry used to enter.

Prize (s):

TWO (2) GRAND PRIZES:A winning code and barcode redeemable for an Appliance Package valued at approximately $7,000. Sponsor to select type, brand and model of prizes in its sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”): $7,000. Limit: One (1) Grand Prize per person.

ONE HUNDRED THIRTY (130) FIRST PRIZES (ten (10) per Entry Period): $50 in Free Rewards, good for $50 off a purchase of $50 or more at a participating Kmart.

TWO HUNDRED SIXTY (260) SECOND PRIZES (twenty (20) per Entry Period): $10 in Free Rewards, good for $10 off a purchase of $10 or more at a participating Kmart. ARV: $10.

TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED (2,600) THIRD PRIZES (two hundred (200) per Entry Period): $5 in Free Rewards, good for $5 off a purchase of $5 or more at a participating Kmart. ARV: $5.

NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED (9,100) FOURTH PRIZES (seven hundred (700) per Entry Period): $3 in Free Rewards, good for $3 off a purchase of $3 or more at a participating Kmart. ARV: $3.

TWENTY SIX THOUSAND (26,000) FIFTH PRIZES (two thousand (2,000) per Entry Period): A voucher for a 20-ounce SoBe Life Water redeemable at a participating Kmart. ARV: $1.25.

TWENTY SIX THOUSAND (26,000) SIXTH PRIZES (two thousand (2,000) per Entry Period): A voucher for a regular size Reeses’ Peanut Butter Cup redeemable at a participating Kmart. ARV: $1.25.

Total ARV of all prizes:
$128,400

Winners :
Winner List requests will only be accepted after the promotion end date (listed above) and no later than November 13, 2009. For the Winner List, send an email with subject line: “Kmart K’Ching Surprises, Winner List Request,” to WinListRequests@eprizefulfillment.com.
