Eligibility : BISSELL MVP 2011 Photo Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) and Canada who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who did not purchase any equipment for the purposes of entering this Contest.
Timing : The Contest begins on January 5, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), ends on April 13, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”)
Limit : Each participant may upload one (1) Submission during each Submission Phase.
