Eligibility : Open only to legal, permanent United States (“U.S”) residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) U.S. or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories) and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at time of Entry.
Timing : The Fairly Legal “Watch to Win” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) will begin on March 16, 2012 at 9:00 P.M. ET and end on June 21, 2012 at 11:59 P.M. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit : Limit of one (1) Entry per person or email address, regardless of method of Entry per Weekly Entry Period for a maximum of thirteen (13) Entries for entire Sweepstakes Period.
Prize (s) :
Each Weekly Winner will receive one (1) prize (“Prize”). Prize will consist of one (1) “Kate Essentials” Tote containing branded items as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Five (5) Prizes per Weekly Drawing will be awarded, one (1) Prize awarded to each Weekly Winner for a total of sixty-five (65) Prizes awarded throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize is seventy-five dollars ($75).
