Eligibility : Open only to legal, permanent United States (“U.S”) residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) U.S. or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories) and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.
Timing : The Burn Notice 5.5 “Mobile Watch to Win” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) will begin on November 3, 2011 at 10:00 PM ET and end on December 21, 2011 at 11:59 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit : Limit of one (1) Entry per person per Weekly Entry Period, regardless of method of Entry (either Mobile or Online), for a maximum of six (6) Entries per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period.
Prize (s) :
Each Weekly Winner will receive one (1) prize (“Prize”). Each Prize will consist of: a “Burn Notice Swag Bag,” which includes branded items as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Five (5) Prizes per Weekly Drawing will be awarded, one (1) Prize awarded to each Weekly Winner, for a total of thirty (30) Prizes awarded throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize is one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125).
