Eligibility : Spike’s You Make The Call Sweepstakes, presented by Popeye’s (the “Sweepstakes”)is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States, who, at the timeof entry, are able and prepared to document that they are at least eighteen (18) years ofage and not a minor in their primary state of residence.

Promotion Period : Spike’s You Make The Call Sweepstakes commences 4:59:59 p.m. (Eastern Daylight Time), May 19, 2009, andends 11:59:59 p.m. (Eastern Daylight Time), July 13, 2009 (the “Entry Period”).

How To Enter : Enter the Sweepstakes during the Entry Period on-line only by completingthe Sweepstakes registration form available on the Internet via thecallsweeps.spike.com (the “Website”).

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person per day during the Entry Period.

The Winner will receive a Hi-Def Home Theater System (including delivery and home installation), including the following, as determined by Sponsors in its sole discretion:
