Pretzelmaker Combo Nation Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
The Pretzelmaker Combo Nation Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Entrants must be at least 13 years of age or older at time of entry.

Timing :
The Pretzelmaker Combo Nation Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) commences at 12:00:01 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 11, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on April 28, 2009 (the “Entry Period”)

How to enter:
To enter the Grand Prize drawing (the “Grand Prize Drawing“), visit www.pretzelmaker.com (the “Website“) at any time during the Entry Period and: (a) electronically agree to these Official Rules; and (b) register by completing all required fields contained on the Website and following the other instructions provided therein (“Registration“). Upon completion of your Registration, you will be automatically entered into the Grand Prize Drawing.

Limit:
There is a limit of ten (10) entries per person and per email address per day during the Entry Period.

Prize (s):

Instant Win Game Prizes
A total of Two hundred fifty (250) Instant Win Prizes will be awarded.
Each Entrant that enters the Instant Win Game will have a chance to win one (1) of two hundred fifty (250) $10 Pretzelmaker Gift Certificates (ARV $10USD each) (“Instant Win Prizes“).

Grand Prize Drawing
Exactly one (1) Grand Prize Package (“Grand Prize“) consisting of (a) one (1) 42” flat screen TV, and (b) one (1) Nintendo Wii video game console and (c) a Rock Band 2 video game with a combined ARV of $2,400 USD will be awarded to the selected Grand Prize Winner.

Total ARV of all prizes:
$4,900

Winners List:
For the names of the Prize Winners and/or Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Pretzelmaker Combo Nation Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes c/o Brandmovers, PO Box 723188, Atlanta, GA 31139. All requests for a copy of the Official Rules and the names of Prize Winners must be made by May 15, 2009. Please note on the front left- hand corner of your outer envelope whether you are requesting “Official Rules” or the name of the “Prize Winners.” Vermont residents may omit return postage if requesting a set of Official Rules.
