Eligibility :
Only legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older are eligible to enter. Sponsor, Fox Broadcasting Company, Warner Brothers Television Production, their respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win the prize.

Timing :
The FRINGE HD Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on September 17, 2008, at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time EST and ends on September 30, 2008, at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How to enter:
To enter, visit the web site www.recroom.com (the “Website”), and complete the entry form with the information requested. All entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period in order to participate.

Limit:
Limit one (1) entry per person and/or per e-mail address.

Prize (s):
Grand Prize: The Grand Prize consists of one (1) flat panel plasma HDTV.
