AT&T Tips & Training Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
Sweepstakes only open to legal residents of 48 contiguous United States & the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age & older as of 4/24/08 except employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of AT&T Operations, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Project Support Team, Inc. (“P/S/T”), their respective parents, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion and administrative agencies (hereafter, collectively “Released Parties”) and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household as such employees, officers, directors, representatives or agents whether or not related. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Timing :
The Sweepstakes will be divided into (16) entry periods (each, an “Entry Period”) (see chart below). Two (2) ways to participate between 12:00:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) on 4/24/08 and 11:59:59 PM CT on 8/3/08 (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Enter :
1) Text: Text keyword “WIN” to 33992 from your SMS capable handset and automatically receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. NOTE: You will be charged for each text message sent from your handset according to the terms of your service agreement with your wireless service provider. Check your phone capabilities for specific text messaging instructions. 2) Online: Visit www.blueroom.com/teamusa & follow the directions provided to complete & submit the online Official Entry Form to receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes.

Limit :
Limit one (1) prize per person per family and per household for the entire Promotion Period.

Prize (s):
Grand Prize Details: The Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) plasma television. Approximate Retail Value “ARV”: $1,300.
First Prize Details: Each trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s primary residence in the U.S., 2-night standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations (one room), ground transfers to/from the airport/hotel/event and two (2) tickets to the designated event. ARV of each First Prize: $1,200.

Weekly Prize Details: Weekly Prizes to be randomly awarded as described on chart above.
