Eligibility : The 2009 Win With Loacker Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older as of date of entry.

Promotion Period : 2009 Win With Loacker Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 am (midnight) Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 1, 2009 and ends 11:59:59 pm ET on March 31, 2010 (“Promotion Period”).

Prize (s):

There are 4 types of prizes available in the Sweepstakes:

a. an iPod Touch (16 GB) player – (15 (fifteen) will be available with an ARV of $300 each);

b. a set of a trolley bag and a backpack with the “Loacker” name – (two-hundred-fifty (250) sets will be available with an ARV of $19.50 each);

c. a set of a Loacker bag with 8 (eight) Loacker mugs (one-thousand (1000) sets will be available with an ARV of $11.70 each); AND

d. a set of a Loacker-marked USB stick, a Loacker-marked mouse pad and a Loacker-marked baseball cap (two-thousand (2000) sets will be available with an ARV of $8.78 each).

Total ARV of all prizes:
$38,625

Winners : The list of winners shall be available on the Website after April 15, 2010 for approximately 3-4 months thereafter.
