One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) Panasonic Plasma TV Model# TC-P42X1, one (1) Panasonic Cordless Telephone Model #KX-TG9332T and one (1) Panasonic Laptop Model #CF-W8.
The Grand Prize Winner will also receive a monthly cable credit (“credit”), for up to twelve (12) months provided that the winner’s residence is in a Comcast wired and serviceable area (to verify serviceability contact 1-800-COMCAST). The credit may only be used toward Comcast residential Cable, High-Speed Internet and Digital Voice service (“Service”) charges and will not exceed the amount of the monthly charges for those Services (or comparable services in the event Comcast changes or ceases to offer any such service) and shall not include any upgrades or any other services not specifically included under said recurring Service fee. All equipment, installation, and applicable taxes, franchise fees, or other applicable charges (e.g., activation fees) are additional.   3. This is the second time per the letter we received in the mail, that I’ve tried to register to receive the $20 off our monthly bill as promised in our letter from you. You say “simply” and just two clicks and you’re in”. Well it didn’t work before and it hasn’t worked now. What’s up?

  5. Why does a give away require the customer to do something by a specific date? Being a Triple play costomer, in good standing, for a number of years should have qualified the customer as a participant. It’s always nice to be a winner … nothing is more agravating than a phony come-on.

  7. What a great way to pass down some free savings to your customers. I live alone and the only enterainment I have is my computer and tv. Sometimes it’s hard to make ends meet.

  8. I was having so many issues withy service i was ready to leave comcast. The coustomer service reps were so accomidating I decided to try comcast one more month.

  9. How does one enter the contest; you say that it is a matter of a couple of clicks and you would be there. Nothing is further from the truth. As far as I am concerned it is bogus and not user friendly.

  12. I have spent over two hours on four different occasions trying to log in to this promotional site. I just paid my monthly invoice. Your company accepted my log-in to accept paymnt but will not accept the same information to receive a $ 20 per month discount . In any other context I would have to consider these offers as fraudulent! It is impossible to get through on the telephone to discuss these offers or any other matters other than those topics that are defined by the automated system.

I been a comcast subscriber for awhile and they never did anything good for me except to take my money for my bill and to be honest with you my bill is ridiculous thats what my friends and family tell me for your three items i see this deal you have for 99 dollars i remember when i first started with you guys i was a couple of days late to get that deal when you said that there was nothing you can do for me i realized that i was not going to like you guys that much and the way my system often fails especially for the price i pay. i just wish you guys would have giving me that deal now i am waiting for the chance to get some other company.   33. same old expensive comcast.welcome to triple play rewards free???? only it costs 10.00.took 4 calls 5/13 and 1hr plus to talk to someone who couldnt do anything.ask for a supervisor and you will die before that ever happens.comcast listens to their customers concerns.if thats the case someone there need hearing aids.

  35. I really like Comcast. I haven’t had any problem with them. I’ve been subscribing for over a year. I expect the things that displease subscribers will be with any company or organization. you have two choices, stay or leave.
