I bought a brandnew compaq presario cq5814 pc from circuit city. I installed the norton antivirus disk it came with. The computer could barely load a webpage and one third of the time it would display a web page full of lines of code then say internet explorer cannot find the web page. then after that if you tried to click back to try again it would kick me off the web. This was aver common occurance. Also if I tried to download photo 50% of the time they were badly distored and took along time to load. Then norton anti virus blocked my router access then asked for money to fix it . I uninstalled norton and my pc began to work just fine.then igot immune net cloud and it works great. Jeff
