Eligibility :
The New Balance Rating & Reviews Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents residing in the United States and D.C. who are the age of majority in their state of residence or older. Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. possessions and territories and all overseas military installations.
Timing :
The New Balance Rating & Reviews Sweepstakes begins at 8:00:01 am, Eastern Time (ET) on March 16, 2009 (“Sweepstakes-Start”) and ends at 11:59:59 pm, ET on April 15, 2009 (“Sweepstakes-End”).
How to enter:
During the Sweepstakes period, go to www.newbalance.com/RRcontest and follow the instructions.
Limit:
You may only post one review and receive one (1) entry for any one product, but you may post reviews for other New Balance products you have purchased and used to receive additional entries, up to a total number of five (5) entries.
Prize (s):
(30) Grand Prizes: One complimentary pair of New Balance, Spring 2009 footwear based on availability at the time of redemption of prize. Estimated retail value of prize is $60 to $170,

I had a really hard time navigating the website. But here’s my review of W654BLK. This is great traditional all purpose shoe. It’s a walker and then some. It’s comfortable and requires no break-in period. The insolde is very supportive and the shoe isn’t heavy. All around-a solid A.
