Sweepstakes is open and offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C., who are 18 years of age and older as of July 28, 2008. All entries, whether submitted online as described below or by mail, have an equal chance of winning. Employees and their immediate families (parent, child, sibling or spouse) and/or household members of each of Charming Shoppes of Delaware, Inc (“Sponsor”), its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives, advertising and promotional agencies and any other persons or entities associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter or win. By participating, you agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.

Between 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time on July 28, 2008 and 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on September 9, 2008 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

How to enter:
Access www.lanebryant.com and follow the entry instructions. Complete all information requested in the information fields. When your entry is complete, click on the area marked “Enter Sweepstakes” (once submitted, entry cannot be deleted canceled or modified). Entries must originate through www.lanebryant.com to be eligible. Enter using only an e-mail address subscribed and registered in your name. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same e-mail account, subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.Alternate Method of Entry: To enter by mail, without purchase or obligation, send your name, address, city, state, zip code and day and evening telephone numbers with area code hand-printed on a 3-1/2” x 5” (postcard size) paper to: “Seven7 Fashion Denim” Sweepstakes, 90 Rockwood Place, Rochester, NY 14610. Mail entries must be post-marked by September 9, 2008 and received by September 15, 2008. Limit of one entry per outer mailing envelope.

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize Winner, upon confirmation of eligibility, will receive a three (3) day / two (2) night trip for two (2) individuals to Las Vegas, NV. Prize package consists of the following elements: (i) hotel accommodations for two (2) persons (one (1) single standard room, double occupancy); (ii) Round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) persons between the major metropolitan airport nearest winner‘s residence home; (iii) two (2) Las Vegas Show Tickets and $7,700 in Cash. Prize package has an approximate retail value (ARV) $11,700. Winner will have until October 1, 2009 to complete the trip. In addition, Grand Prize winner will participate in a chance-based game to determine if he/she will win the additional $77,000 Cash. The Grand Prize winner will be invited to select and remove two (2) envelopes from fifteen (15) sealed envelopes mounted to a board. Two of these 15 envelopes contain a certificate for the $70,000. In order to win, both winning envelopes must be selected. The winning envelope will be revealed if not selected by the winner. The odds of winning the additional $70,000 are 1 in 105 for the finalist.

Forty-three (43) 1st Prize Winners will receive one (1) pair of Seven7 Jeans, prize has an (ARV) of $75.00.
