Employees, officers and representatives of Dunkin’ Brands, Inc., and DB AdFund Administrator LLC (”Sponsor”), DB Master Finance LLC, Dunkin’ Donuts Advertising & Sales Promotion Fund, ePrize, LLC, the MLB Entities and any of their respective parent and affiliate companies, marketing agencies, distributors, licensors and prize providers, franchisees and their employees, suppliers (collectively, “Released Parties”) as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children or “step” of each, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of each (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of this Instant-Win Game) are not eligible to participate or win. The “MLB Entities” shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc. (doing business in its own name and as Major League Baseball Productions and Major League Baseball International), the Major League Baseball Clubs, Tickets.com, Inc., SportsOnEarth, LLC and each of their subsidiaries or affiliated entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Major League Baseball Clubs or the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, and the directors, officers, employees and agents of the above entities. The Instant-Win Game is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation in the Instant-Win Game constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Instant-Win Game. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Timing :
he Instant-Win Game begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”), June 20, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET, September 30, 2008 (the “Promotion Period”). For the purposes of this Promotion, each week of the first six (6) weeks is defined as beginning on a Friday at 12:00 a.m. ET and ending on the following Thursday at 11:59 p.m. ET. Administrator’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Instant-Win Game.

How to Enter :
During the Promotion Period, visit a participating Dunkin’ Donuts location and purchase a specially marked iced coffee, iced espresso drink, iced tea, Coolatta® or smoothie (16, 24, or 32 oz.) drink containing a unique code (”Code”) (or while supplies last of specially marked game pieces). Each Code is good for one (1) Instant-Win Game play. Take the Code and visit www.dunkindonuts.com/basesloaded and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration form. Complete and submit the registration form, including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. Based upon the zip code you enter on the registration form, you will be eligible for the prizes available in up to two (2) prize pools (collectively, the “Prize Pools”): (i) The National Prize Pool (the “National Prize Pool”); (ii) The Baltimore Prize Pool (the “Baltimore Prize Pool”); (iii) The Chicago Prize Pool (the “Chicago Prize Pool”); (iv) The New York Prize Pool, which consists of a New York Yankees® Prize Pool (the “New York Yankees® Prize Pool”) and a New York Mets® Prize Pool (the “New York Mets® Prize Pool”); (v) The Philadelphia Prize Pool (the “Philadelphia Prize Pool”); (vi) The Tampa Bay Prize Pool (the “Tampa Bay Prize Pool”) or (vii) The New England Prize Pool (the “New England Prize Pool”). Regardless of your zip code, you will be entered into the National Prize Pool. Once you enter your Code and submit the form, follow the directions to advance to the Instant-Win Game page and play the Instant-Win Game. The Instant-Win Game results will be instantly displayed. Potential winners of the Instant-Win Game will be provided directions for validation. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Administrator is responsible for the functionality of the Instant-Win Game. Dunkin’ Perks® Member: You may also receive up to four (4) additional Codes by being an existing Dunkin’ Perks member or by enrolling to become a Dunkin’ Perks member during the Promotion Period.
