Eligibility :
Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents 13 years of age or older as of date of entry during the Sweepstakes Period. Employees of Verizon Wireless, Tribal Brands, Samsung Communications, Atlantis Resorts, Jonas Brothers Label and Management or any of their respective parent and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes and the immediate families (parent, siblings, children and spouse) and persons residing in the same household (whether related or not) of such employees are not eligible to enter or win.

Timing :
The Verizon Wireless Jonas Brothers “Bahamas Private Performance” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 AM EST on September 2, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on November 1, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How to enter:
To enter the Sweepstakes entrants must do one of the following:

A. Samsung Gift with Purchase: If you are a Verizon Wireless subscriber, purchase either a Samsung Glyde or a Samsung Juke phone and be entered to win. If you are younger than 18 years of age, your parent/legal guardian must make the purchase for you. Upon purchase of your Samsung handset, you will be directed to log onto www.jbconcerts.com/samsung to redeem your gift with purchase which includes four (4) free full song downloads from the Jonas Brothers. You will be asked to enter the phone number of your new Samsung handset, to confirm your eligibility to download the four (4) free tracks. Once confirmed eligible, V CAST Music with Rhapsody will automatically install on your PC with the four songs. Upon completion of the download you will be asked if you would like to enter the “Bahamas Private Performance” Sweepstakes. You will be asked to provide basic contact information, including your name, age, a valid email address and your mobile telephone number (“MTN”).

All entries must be received no later than November 1, 2008 at 11:59:59 PM ET. Only handsets with V CAST Music capability and have the Get It Now feature can download music. Additional charges for other V CAST services may apply. Verizon Wireless service is not available in all areas.

B. ONLINE: If you do not have a Verizon Wireless V CAST capable handset with the Get It Now feature, enter for free by logging on to www.jbconcerts.com/samsung where you will be asked to provide basic contact information, including your name, age, a valid email address and your mobile telephone number (“MTN”).

Limit:
There is a limit of ten (10) entries per person regardless of method of entry, and all entries must be received no later than 11:59:59 PM (EST) on November 1, 2008.

Prize (s):
Ten (10) Grand Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 16, 2008 from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The Grand Prize consists of: four (4) coach class roundtrip airfare for four (4) people to the Bahamas; one (1) hotel room for three (3) nights (occupancy for 4) at the Atlantis Resort; four (4) premium tickets to the private performance concert featuring Jonas Brothers, on December 15 at the Atlantis Resort; car service to and from the hotel to the airport; and $500 spending money payable by check. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $4,800 each.

Eligibility :
The State Fair Snax & Trax Game (the “Game” or “Promotion”) is offered only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia and are at least 4 years of age as of 02/01/2008.  

Timing :
The State Fair Snax & Trax Game begins on or about 02/01/2008 at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Standard Time [PT] and ends on 11/30/2008 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT. SoftCoin’s computer is the official clock for the Promotion.

How to enter:
Register at the Web Site. During the Promotional Period, access the Promotional Website at www.snaxandtrax.com and click on the icon, banner, or text link to access the registration page. At that point, you must:

4. Enter the Code on insert inside specially marked packages of State Fair Corn Dogs (available while supplies last) to play Game. Enter the Code exactly as it appears on insert in the State Fair Corn Dogs product. If the Code is not entered exactly as it appears, the Code will not be accepted and you will not be able to play Game. TO PLAY WITHOUT PURCHASE, CLICK ON THE “FREE CODE” BUTTON ON THE REGISTRATION PAGE. By doing so, you will automatically be assigned a Free Code which will appear in the appropriate field. After submission of a Code, you will find out if you are a prizewinner. If you have won a prize (subject to verification), the Promotional Website will display a “Congratulations” message, a brief description of the prize potentially won and prize claim instructions. How to Enter :
