I tried to enter your sweeps for the Harley, but the server is down as of this Sat. morning(6/6). How else can I enter?

I have repeatedly tried to enter the Harley Sweepstakes,but all I get is ‘cannot find the page’. What gives?

I’ve ridden Harleys most all of my life,and also have ridden several Japanese bikes,Brittish bikes and a couple of european bikes and I truly have to say that the only motorcycle I would own is another Harley Davidson,I had a construction accident that took me out of the motorcycling life style. The Doc’s said that I would not walk again,but I have been walking for the last twenty years and now is the time to start riding again and I cannot think of a classer way to do it than on a Harley Davidson made in America by Americans Amen

PM and HD have put together a great promo.In my younger days I owned thirteen different Harleys and also worked in a Harley dealershipfor seven years. PM provides excellent information and has joined up with the greatest motorcycle company.

Thanks for the chance to win a Harley Davidson. I have been driving bikes since I was 13, and formerly owned several Japanese small models. I have a 1980 Yamaha 850XS and it was also a rare bike in it’s time. I baby it, and only drive it a little each summer. Several of my friends have been and are Harley owners and have always insisted that I should be on a Harley. Maybe with some luck I will join them on the road with this special edition, and be show off my North American specialty bike here and in the USA.

Where do I pick it up?

My dad and I have read Popular Mech. since i was about 7. I have always loved anything mechanical. You guys cover it all,i am a certifiable gear head. Bikes,hot rods,race cars,chainsaws,boats you name it its all good.I havent had a bike now since 1998. My street rod is amost finished but,now allmy buds have bikes. It seems when i had one no one else did, no one to ride with. Dad had me on his BSA when i was 3 and i been in love with bikes ever since. Ive owen several but never a HD.Hey a street flat track style would be just wright. Who ever wins it i hope they would appreciate like i would.

This is an excellent promotion with a terrific product! My first Harley was a 1931, 45 c.i., used, for which I paid $35. It needed a battery so I jump started it each time I rode it. My next one was in better condition but still needed lots of TLC, it was a 1934 EL with lots of problems and I was still in High School so had very little money for parts. The third bike was a 1942 shaft drive desert bike that was hard to break – lots of fun but I had to sell it when I went into the Navy. Since then there have been numerous other machines but no more Harleys until,”hopefully”, this one.

Dad and myself have subscribed to this magazine since the early ’60’s, I’ve tried several times to enter this sweepstakes and it said “not excepting entries”! WHAT’S THE DEAL??? Very disapointed in the whole mess; maybe you should write an article on how to fix your own website!!Looks like this magazine has gone the route of everything else that used to be reliable!

Tried to enter on July 13 at 9:45 pm. “Not accepting entries!” Very frustrating. Was reading this magazine tonight and was excited to enter for the bike. No such luck! 🙁

I have wanted a harley since I was 15. I am now 75 but I am still looking and hoping.
