Eligibility : The MTV Optimize Your Life Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-six (46) United States and the District of Columbia, EXCLUDING ALASKA, FLORIDA, HAWAII AND NEW YORK, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and possess a valid United States driver’s license.
Promotion Period : MTV Optimize Your Life Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) commences at 12:00:01 PM (ET) on October 9, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 AM (ET) on October 23, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : One entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
Prize (s):
The Grand Prize Winner will receive (i) one (1) Aprilia RS 125 motorcycle (the “Motorcycle”) and (ii) USD $2,500.00 cash. The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $8,000.00.
