The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM EST on March 1, 2008, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on August 31, 2008.

You must complete the entry form with all required information, for the entry to be eligible. Only one entry per person and valid email address may enter the Sweepstakes. Multiple entries from the same person or household may result in automatic disqualification. We encourage you to answer the optional survey questions (answers will not be judged and answering the survey questions will not increase your odds of winning a prize).
