Eligibility :
Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia and Japan who are of majority age in their state of residence at the time of entry.

Timing :
Online entry begins at 12:01 AM Central Standard Time(”CST”) on January 21, 2008 and ends online at 11:59PM (CST) on January 31, 2009 (”Promotion Period”).

To enter the Hilton Grand Vacations 2008 Grand Giveaway (”Sweepstakes”) online, go to www.hgvcsweeps.com and follow the on–screen instructions for completing the online entry form and entering the Sweepstakes.

A total of three prizes may be awarded.
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: BMW 750Li Sedan or equivalent model, including destination and handling and dealer fees. Approximate retail value (”ARV”): USD $79,500. Winner may choose to receive a cash alternative prize of USD $79,500.00.
