The GEAR UP YOUR OBSESSION SWEEPSTAKES (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and Washington DC who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and capable of forming legally binding contracts under applicable law.
Timing :
The Sweepstakes begins on October 1, 2008 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on October 31, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Promotion Period”).
How to enter:
During the Promotion Period, enter by visiting www.GearUpYourObsession.com and accessing the online Sweepstakes entry form. Complete the entry form and submit so that it is received by Sponsor’s server by 11:59 PM ET on October 31, 2008.
Limit:
Regardless of method of entry, entries are limited to one entry per household (individuals who live in the same dwelling) per day.
