Drive Away with Seinfeld Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
The Drive Away with Seinfeld Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is only open to permanent legal residents of the 50 states of the United States and the District of Columbia, who are physically located and residing therein, and who are 18 years of age or older as of time of entry.

Timing :
The Drive Away with Seinfeld Sweepstakes begins at 3:00:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on March 16, 2009, and ends at 3:00:00 p.m. PT on April 17, 2009 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

How to enter:
In order to enter the Sweepstakes, access the website located at www.seinfeld.com/autotrader (“Website”) and, follow the online instructions to complete and thereafter submit the Sweepstakes entry form. Information required on the Sweepstakes entry form consists of your Email Address, First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Street Address (no P.O. Boxes), City, State, Zip Code, Daytime Phone Number (including area code), Gender, and the correct answer to the respective week’s Question (collectively, “Entry Information”). All required Entry Information must be completed in full. If you incorrectly answer the Question, you will have the opportunity to answer it again until you answer it correctly. You will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes after you have successfully submitted your Entry Information and correctly answered the Question for that respective week as described above (“Sweepstakes Entry”).

Limit:
Limit one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per person and per email address per day.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize: Up to $25,000.00 to be applied towards the purchase of a new or used vehicle listed for sale through a dealership on AutoTrader.com and one (1) Seinfeld merchandise prize pack consisting of select Seinfeld merchandise which may include a T-shirt, hat, and/or mug (“Seinfeld Prize Pack”) (Approximate Retail Value “(ARV)” of Seinfeld Prize Pack: $50.00). ARV of the entire Grand Prize: Up to $25,050.00.

Five (5) First Prizes: One (1) Seinfeld Prize Pack (as described above). ARV of each First Prize: $50.00.

Total ARV of all prizes:
Up to $25,300.00

For a copy of these Official Rules or the Winners List, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Drive Away with Seinfeld Sweepstakes “Rules”/”Winners List” (specify which), P.O. Box 6375, Burbank, CA 91510. All requests must be received by June 17, 2009. These Official Rules will also be available on the Website during the Sweepstakes Period.
