Chevy Win Dale Jr’s Camaro Promotion Rules

Eligibility : The Chevy Win Dale Jr’s Camaro Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (U.S.) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, as of date of entry (”Entrant”).

Promotion Period : The Chevy Win Dale Jr’s Camaro Promotion (”Promotion”) begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (”ET”) on 6/11/09 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on 8/17/09 (”Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : To enter the Grand Prize Drawing a participant must visit www.windalejrscamaro.com (the “Website”) during the Promotion Period, read and accept these Official Rules and follow the instructions to complete and submit the registration form (”Entry”).

Limit : One (1) entry per person or email address for the Grand Prize Drawing.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize will consist of the following three (3) elements:

1. 2010 Chevrolet Camaro (ARV $38,230) - ARV based on 2010 Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price (”MSRP”) of a base model with available manufacturer upgrades. Winner has the option of selecting any other 2010 Chevrolet model vehicle (excluding commercial vehicles) whose MSRP does not exceed the $38,230 ARV.
2. Trip for two (2) to the Chevy Rock & Roll 400 scheduled to be held at Richmond International Raceway® on 9/12/09 in Richmond, VA - Trip consists of round-trip, coach air travel for two (2) from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s residence to Richmond, VA, three (3) nights hotel accommodations (room & tax only, based on double occupancy), two (2) suite tickets to the races on 9/11/09 and 9/12/09, local ground transportation between the airport, hotel and race track, $200 cash, admission to Sponsor-selected events and the opportunity to meet Dale Earnhardt Jr. (ARV $4,000).
3. One (1) PRS Starla Model Guitar autographed by Paul Reed Smith and Dale Earnhardt Jr. (ARV $3,000).

ONE (1) REFER-A-FRIEND PRIZE: The Refer-A-Friend Prize will consist of the following two (2) elements:

1. One (1) PRS SE Model Guitar autographed by Paul Reed Smith and Dale Earnhardt Jr. (ARV $1,000); and
2. One (1) AMP Energy refrigerated cooler and forty-seven (47) 4-pack AMP Energy drink coupons (ARV $1,500).

Total ARV of all prizes:
$47,730
